| Central Sales was started by Mr. Bob Watson after leaving Graybar Electric Supply in the mid 1950's. His first lighting manufacturer, House-O-Lite, was resigned in November of 1959 to represent a small fluorescent lighting company from Lithonia, Georgia. Bob's simple philosophy of representing the Industry's leading manufactures while providing value and service to his Customers is the hallmark of our success. Herb Beard, the current principle, started in 1983. Our office has moved from Bob's basement to three different addresses before our current location to keep up with growth. We officially changed our name to Central Sales Lighting Systems in 1992. Our sales and office staff boast over 100 years of experience in the Lighting Industry.
